Through the use of the new digital tool, engineers can follow a structured check sheet. This will allow a check to be completed and stored quicker than using a sheet of paper.
All checks are stored indefinitely, a full history of the machine is available from when the machine arrived in country to when you took ownership.
All machines that have outstanding issues can be viewed easily by office administration staff as well as workshop engineers.
